Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid UPS shipping label generated from our site and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
